Rosanna’s is expanding from its original Encinitas location into a larger Oceanside space designed to support increased production while preserving the brand’s warm, approachable charm. The new interior blends a soft, calming palette with natural wood tones, curved architectural moments, and abundant daylight—creating a space that feels both thoughtfully designed and effortlessly inviting. The layout is intentionally open and communal, encouraging guests to linger, gather, and connect over handmade pasta.

The design balances function and experience, seamlessly integrating expanded production, retail shelving, and flexible seating areas. A long communal table anchors the space, while curated displays of dry goods, frozen items, and house-made products reinforce Rosanna’s craft-forward identity. This new location represents an evolution of the brand—scaling up operations while maintaining the intimate, comforting atmosphere that made the original Encinitas shop so beloved.
